From May 2013 to May 2016, General Philip Breedlove served as Supreme Allied Commander of NATO.
He is an outspoken advocate of expanding the US military role in the refortification of Europe, declaring Russia a “long-term existential threat.” He supports increased US military operations in Syria and regards refugees fleeing the violence of war as cover for ISIS.
General Breedlove is often quoted in western media as a national security expert.
His address before the World Affairs Council of Atlanta is entitled “NATO:Evolving Issues from Russia to Refugees”
The Georgia Peace and Justice Coalition and International Action Center have initiated this protest.
