Design for Healthy Living Panel Discussion
The design of the physical environments in which humans live, work and play greatly impacts health and wellbeing. Too often, however, design supports unhealthy rather than healthy habits and practices.
Architects, interior designers and urban planners are responding to this problem with active design, an approach to the development of buildings, streets and neighborhoods that makes daily physical activity and healthy foods more accessible and inviting.

KJ Graduation Rally
Kendrick Johnson should be part of the 2015 Lowndes County HS graduating class. Instead, there’s a full blown Federal Investigation concerning his “death.” Three requests that would acknowledge the life/loss of KJ on graduation day have been ignored… 1- Issue Kendrick an honorary diploma. 2- One full minute of silence to honor the life of Kendrick. 3- His sister accept the diploma on his behalf. (who was denied the opportunity to participate in her graduating class celebration at LCHS in 2014 for fear of protest)
So join US, as we assemble on the public sidewalk to commemorate the life of Kendrick Johnson by hosting our own graduation celebration.
